In response to the CPSC compliance concerns of US sellers, multiple new regulations will be enforced in 2026 and need to be adapted accordingly.

CPC certification covers all categories of children aged 12 and under, including children's smart toys, sports equipment, including children's clothing and furniture accessories. （2） Upgrade testing standards

ASTM F963-23 is mandatory and replaces the old version. Toys under 12 years old must provide corresponding test reports; Contact materials with lead content ≤ 90ppm, total of 6 phthalates ≤ 0.1%; Electric toys require additional FCC and UL 696 certification, and toys with batteries must comply with relevant safety requirements.
